Each challenge is subject to its own rules and deadlines. Please carefully read the rules of each event. Pay special notice to the dates and deadlines for logging runs.
No refunds will be issued after a title has been applied for and approved.
No refunds will be issued once:
(a) the entry deadline for that Challenge has closed; or
(b) you have logged your first run in the Challenge.
Whichever occurs first.
Members agree that by participating in the Company Services, the member shall not make any claim whatsoever against Wheel Dog, its representatives or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives or advisors as a result of participating in any event, including, without limitation, any and all claims and causes of action for personal injury, death or property damage occurring as a result of their participation, and members agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wheel Dog, its Representatives and any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives or advisors from and against any and all liabilities, claims and causes of action for personal injury, death or property damage as a result of their participation in a Wheel Dog event.
For further clarification:
As Wheel Dog members are responsible for trail selection, conditions, run temperature, number of dogs used, the dogs training, skill level, health, and athletic ability, as well as vehicle use (including, but not limited to a: person, bike, scooter, dog sled, kicksled, dryland cart, atv, or skis), and member training, skill level, health, and athletic ability. As such, all members indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wheel Dog from and against any and all liabilities, claims and causes of action for personal injury, death or property damage as a result of their participation in a Wheel Dog event.
As a term of service for participating in Wheel Dog Events, all service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada as applicable therein. Members irrevocably and unconditionally consent to and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta for any actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Transaction (and each Party agrees not to commence any action, suit or proceeding relating thereto except in such courts). Members and Wheel Dog hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives any objection to the laying of venue of action, suit or proceeding arising out of participating in Wheel Dog events or services in the courts of the Province of Alberta and hereby further irrevocably and unconditionally waives and agrees not to plead or claim in any such court that any such action, suit or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
Unless otherwise indicated, all merchandise will be submitted to our 3rd party suppliers within 3 business days. Their processing times are outside of our control once the order has been placed. However, their processing times are typically under 5 business days. Then shipped using regular parcel shipping, typically takes up to 7 business days.
Any items held in stock will be shipped via Canada Post or USPS within 3 business days. Typically arriving within 4 business days.

We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through FEDEX.
Wheel Dog, and our 3rd party suppliers, are not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
We offer free shipping to the United States.
For Canadian & International shipping on merchandise please contact us for a shipping quote.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
So please be sure that you are ordering the correct size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
